This week, we will be at World Travel Market London, meeting colleagues and travel partners from around the world. Taking place at ExCeL London from 3 to 5 November 2026, WTM is an opportunity to catch up in person, exchange ideas and look ahead to the next travel season.
Our meetings will bring us together with partners from China, Mongolia, Central Asia and the Middle East, among other destinations. We are looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new people who could help us bring fresh experiences to our travellers.
Reviewing the season together
Behind every well-organised journey is a network of people working together. WTM gives us time to sit down with our partners, discuss the season’s results and share feedback from our customers.
We will be looking at what has worked well, where we can improve and how to make future trips run even more smoothly. These conversations help us refine the details that matter, from itineraries and accommodation to guiding and local arrangements.
Exploring opportunities and new travel experiences
We will also be exploring opportunities to develop our range of holidays. Our discussions will cover ideas for new products, different ways to combine destinations and experiences that could add something special to an itinerary.
From journeys through China and Mongolia to discoveries in Central Asia and stopovers in the Middle East, we are keen to hear what our partners have been developing and consider how these ideas could fit our travellers’ interests.
Some conversations may lead to entirely new tours; others may help us improve existing favourites. We will share more as plans take shape and new products become available.
