The borders with Russia are open and there are no travel restrictions. All dates published on our website are guaranteed and we are not cancelling any tours to Russia in 2022.
Currently we cannot confirm only tours that include Mongolia and China as borders are still closed.
We understand that some customers are still hesitating to travel in 2022 and wish to postpone their reservation to 2023. In this case, we will not apply any cancellation charges but will follow our rebooking policy detailed below.
Rebooking policy – tours to Russia
This policy applies to reservations that include Russia only. If you have a reservation for 2022 but do not wish to travel in 2022 and would like to postpone your trip to 2023, the following terms and conditions will apply:
- All discounts (offers, discounts for changing a tour) confirmed in your 2022 reservation will be cancelled.
- If your 2022 reservation does not include any discounts, an administration charge of £100 will be added to your new booking.
- Your 2023 booking will be reconfirmed according to the actual tour price valid in 2023 (we expect a small increase in prices in 2023, approximately 5%, final prices for 2023 will be reconfirmed in September 2022).
- If you decide not to travel, your reservation will be cancelled, you will lose your deposit as per our booking conditions.
Rebooking policy – tours to Mongolia & China
Mongolia has opened its air borders with Russia, there is still no rail connection.
Chinese borders are still closed.
As of January 2022 there is still no information regarding borders opening. If your tour involves Mongolia or / and China we suggest to wait or rebook to a tour that includes Russia only. There will be no any administration or cancellation charges should you wish to rebook your tour that involves Mongolia or / and China.
